About the Instructor

Hi! I am Dr. Shandell Ferguson, RN and I have over 15 years of leadership experience in various healthcare organizations and settings. My experiences include Cardiac and Medical ICU, Administrative Nursing Supervisor, Professor and Clinical Nurse Educator.
