This EMT Refresher provides up to 40 hours of continuing education for Minnesota Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS) and National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) EMT Renewal. Course content includes asynchronous, online modules addressing airway/respiration/ventilation, cardiology, trauma, medical and operations knowledge and competencies. There will also be opportunities scheduled to come to Anoka Technical College for in-person instruction and lab.

It follows the National Continued Competency Program (NCCP) Model providing 20 hours National, 10 hours Local, and 10 hours Individual Continued Competency Requirements.
