ACE CNC Training Program
Advanced Solid Works
This 60-hour course covers advanced parametric solid modeling utilizing SolidWorks software as the design tool.
CNC Machining Basics
This 6-week course is designed to give students the fundamental knowledge of how CNC Lathes and Milling Machines work. Each two-hour class session will have a mixed media format, combining lecture presentation with professionally made YouTube videos and machine brochures from various machine tool manufacturers.
Fundamentals of Blueprint Reading
This course is designed for those currently working or those that want to work in Manufacturing and require a better understanding of blueprints.
Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (Online)
Learn a foundational interpretation of mechanical drawings using linear tolerancing and GD&T in the design, manufacturing, and inspection of parts, which have geometric controls applied per national standards. In this virtual course, you will engage in learning how to read prints with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing applications. Each of the geometric controls will be examined so you may determine the allowable variation in form and size between part features.
GS 42 Certification Training
The 24 Hour training program was developed in 2009 to provide information and training about green cleaning and GS 42 certification. It was designed as a “train the trainer program for managers and supervisors of cleaning service companies and organizations. This program is the only training program in the U.S. recognized by the Green Seal organization.
Introduction to SolidWorks
This 50-hour course is designed for those who are working in manufacturing and want a better understanding of how to create drawings, designs, and blueprints using SolidWorks.
Introduction to Supply Chain Management
The training will teach, and cover, supply chain strategy, alignment, and processes such as: Supply chain reliability, Batches and Frequencies to sell or produce, Desired speed and quality within and across the supply chain, Sales & Operations Planning decisions, External Collaboration, and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators).
Manufacturing Basics
Manufacturing Basics includes shop math, blueprint reading, GD&T, quality and inspections techniques, measurement tools, metal sawing and cutting, basic mills and lathes, and a basic introduction to CNC operations.
Press Brake Fundamentals
This course focuses primarily on giving students hands on press brake training and is designed to give Individuals an introduction to sheet metal forming, and insight into to the process used to create precision sheet metal products. In addition, this course will cover basic blueprint reading, shop math, proper use of measuring tools, and provide a heavy concentration on shop safety.
Production Technologies Certificate
Enroll in the 16 credit Production Technologies Certificate! This certificate will prepare you for entry level positions in high-demand fields such as Welding and Fabrication, Machine Tool Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, Plastics Engineering, or Biomedical Technology.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
This 100-hour course is for entry level Precision Sheet Metal fabricators that have both mathematical and mechanical aptitudes and a strong commitment to safety.

Welding | AWS Certification
This course is designed for the student who desires to pass a welding certification test. In this course the student may choose which process and code to test on, and upon successful completion of the weld test, the student will be awarded a document prepared by a CWI certifying the student has passed.
